At Guhans Fusion Frenzy, we strive to provide the best culinary experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Before Preparation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing the order. Orders canceled within this timeframe will be fully refunded.
• Cancellation After Preparation: Once the order preparation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The food received was spoiled or not up to the standard.
  • The order was canceled within the allowable cancellation window.
• Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items delivered in perfect condition as per your order cannot be refunded. We do not offer refunds for food quality complaints that arise due to taste preferences.

Modifications to Orders

• If you wish to modify your order after placement, please contact our customer service team immediately. Modifications are subject to approval based on the order’s preparation stage.
